ABOUT
Okokon is a certified executive coach and consults internationally on change management, leadership and diversity, equity and inclusion. He has served as an Assistant Professor at Northwestern Health Sciences University and St. Mary’s University. He is a former senior faculty in the executive coaching program of the University of St. Thomas and is an adjunct faculty in the Evidence-Based Coaching program at Fielding.
Okokon is committed to creating the right conditions for leaders to discover or rediscover their true selves and bring that to bear in their work; delivering value for themselves and their organizations.
Okokon holds a PhD in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Luther Seminary, MA in Process-oriented Psychology (focused on conflict facilitation and organizational change) from the Process Work Institute, and certifications from the ICF, the Co-Active Training Institute and the Institute of Management Consultants.
Okokon is married with three adult children. He is passionate about mentoring younger professionals and immigrants, is a sports enthusiast, an avid photographer, gardener, actor, and world traveler.
