Dr. Laura Hauser, Culture Catalyst | Master Coach and Team Coach, and Supervisor
Dr. Laura has been described her in many ways during her 30-year career including pioneer, catalyst, sage, and trusted partner. Her thought leadership, research, and training on team coaching and leading organizational change have impacted thousands of leaders, and teams across the globe.
Dr. Laura teaches in Fielding Graduate University’s coaching program. She is the developer and program director of LSI’s proprietary TCOS Team Coaching Operating System®, helping people and organization thrive during disruptive times and build inclusive cultures. She serves on the Board for GSAEC.org, helping develop the ICF’s team coaching competencies and EMCC’s global team coaching standards, as well as presenting at conferences, publishing in academic journals, practitioner blogs and podcasts.
Dr. Laura is one of few people in the world who holds the distinction as PhD, master-level individual and team coach, and supervisor accredited by both the ICF and EMCC.
