ABOUT
Lily is an Evidence-Based Coach with a diploma in Coaching Supervision. She trained at Royal Roads University and Fielding Graduate University. Her coaching clients include Canadian Armed Forces to corporate boardrooms to Indigenous clients, and non-profit. She is also a graduate of the first North American cohort of the Coaching Supervision Academy and now trains supervisors as well as runs supervision groups both internally and externally. As the co-founder of the Americas Coaching Supervision Network, she co-hosts the annual Americas Coaching Supervision Network Conference. This year, her two big goals are to co-launch a Supervision Group training program, as well as train a cohort of Indigenous coaches. She is the 2020 EMCC Global Winner for Coaching Supervision. Lily is grateful to live, play and work on the territorial homelands of the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples of Canada.
