ABOUT
Ilene Wasserman, President of ICW Consulting Group, specializes in systemic approaches to organizational consulting, leadership development and executive coaching. She is on the cutting edge of research and practice in strength-based methodologies, capacity building, communication strategies and relational leadership development focusing on equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). She also teaches courses at the graduate level.
Ilene is a Senior Fellow with the Wharton Leadership Program, lead executive coach for AMP, and coaches with the WEXL and MBA programs and Center for Creative Leadership. She is the co-author of Communicating Possibilities: A Brief Introduction to the Coordinated Management of Meaning, and Peer Coaching at Work: Principles and Practices; she edits and writes for the Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner, and has authored articles and book chapters on inclusive leadership and coaching.
She has a Ph.D. from the Fielding Graduate University, MA and MSW from Washington University, and a BS from Cornell University. Ilene also serves on the Boards of the CMM Institute, the Wharton Women’s Leadership Institute, the Wharton Leadership Advisory Board, The Lewin Center and the Lower Merion Human Relations Committee.
