ABOUT
Carly Anderson, MCC has been a trained coached since 1998, and held ICF Master Certified Coach credential since 2004.
She is an active member of the ICF Credential Assessing team since 2005, regularly reviewing Performance Evaluations of coach applicants for MCC, PCC and ACC credentials. She is a volunteer contributor supporting ICF MCC and PCC Communities of Assessors, such as to improve Feedback Writing on Performance Reviews.
Carly is trained by ICF in their PCC Markers Assessment System and co-led PCC Markers Cohort 16 training; she is one of the core team of 15 people who updated the PCC Markers in 2020 and is the creator of “The Upgraded Target Approach: Clarifying the ICF Core Competency Model,” and the “Ten Characteristics of MCC Skill Level” product https://carlyanderson.com/store.
She mentors coaches to prepare for their ICF credential application and has helped 88 coaches become MCC credential. She also coaches technical managers to make the mindset and behavioral shifts to becoming a master of their communication approaches, Coaches conscious humans ready for a bigger game in their area of passion.
