Symposium Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fielding Graduate University hopes all registrants for the conference will be able to attend. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances do sometimes occur. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Conference registration canceled on-line on or before May 3, 2021, is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Registrants canceling on or after May 4, 2021, will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
Since this conference offers CE credits, registration fees cannot be transferred to another individual. The individual originally registering for the conference is the only one authorized to attend the conference sessions under that entry fee and registration.
In the event Fielding must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full cost of registration. However, Fielding Graduate University does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses incurred with attending the conference.
