This multidisciplinary-based coach certification program can be completed in one year through a combination of online, teleconferencing, and face-to-face sessions. Okokon is a certified executive coach and consults internationally on change management, leadership and diversity, equity and inclusion. He has served as an Assistant Professor at Northwestern Health Sciences University and St. Mary’s University. He is a former senior faculty in the executive coaching program of the University of St. Thomas and is an adjunct faculty in the Evidence-Based Coaching program at Fielding. Sarah Evans is passionate about working with visionary decision-makers and influencers inspired by the transformative potential of coaching. She is an executive leadership & team coach, facilitator, OD consultant, coaching supervisor, and mentor coach dedicated to supporting individuals, teams, and organizations lead and thrive in complexity. Samuel P Magill Sr., MBA, MCC, Accredited Coach Supervisor Sam is an early explorer of Coaching Supervision, having studied at the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2009-2010 in the UK. He brought Supervision training to North America in 2012 and now is teaching his final cohort. He will continue providing individual and group supervision. Sam’s interest in Supervision is rooted in his training in group dynamics in 1981 where he developed curiosity in what is happening in among people. It is also rooted in his observations as a photographer and deep listening as a poet. As an internal coach at The Boeing Company from 1988 to 1996, he experienced the sometimes toxic effects of being embedded in a system while attempting to influence it....

Lily is an Evidence-Based Coach with a diploma in Coaching Supervision. She trained at Royal Roads University and Fielding Graduate University. Her coaching clients include Canadian Armed Forces to corporate boardrooms to Indigenous clients, and non-profit. She is also a graduate of the first North American cohort of the Coaching Supervision Academy and now trains supervisors as well as runs supervision groups both internally and externally. As the co-founder of the Americas Coaching Supervision Network, she co-hosts the annual Americas Coaching Supervision Network Conference.
