In addition to serving as Director of the Evidence Based Coaching Program at Fielding Graduate University, she is the principal coach for The Willow Group. Dr. Arnold trained as a leadership coach at Georgetown University through their Center for Continuing and Professional Education. Samuel P Magill Sr., MBA, MCC, Accredited Coach Supervisor Sam is an early explorer of Coaching Supervision, having studied at the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2009-2010 in the UK. He brought Supervision training to North America in 2012 and now is teaching his final cohort. He will continue providing individual and group supervision. Carly Anderson, MCC has been a trained coached since 1998, and held ICF Master Certified Coach credential since 2004. She is an active member of the ICF Credential Assessing team since 2005, regularly reviewing Performance Evaluations of coach applicants for MCC, PCC and ACC credentials. Lily is an Evidence-Based Coach with a diploma in Coaching Supervision. She trained at Royal Roads University and Fielding Graduate University. Her coaching clients include Canadian Armed Forces to corporate boardrooms to Indigenous clients, and non-profit. She is also a graduate of the first North American cohort of the Coaching Supervision Academy and now trains supervisors as well as runs supervision groups both internally and externally. As the co-founder of the Americas Coaching Supervision Network, she co-hosts the annual Americas Coaching Supervision Network Conference.
