Julie Shows, Master Certified Coach, is the founder of The Coaching Connection. For over 20 years Julie has worked in the areas of leadership coaching, mentoring and coach training.  As a leadership coach, her focus has been on working with emerging leaders and helping them transition from managing to leading. Jenny Edwards, PhD, holds ACC coaching certification with the International Coach Federation. Deepa Awal is an educator and coach with her own practice specializing in discerning the fundamental ways in which our ‘way of being’ supports or hinders our dreams and goals. What began as an interest in Vedanta and personal growth has grown into transformational work with individuals and groups.
